Seasonal Resident Information
Grand Marais RV Park and Campground has seasonal resident spaces. Seasonal residents spaces are allocated in March. Contact the park office for information on available spaces, site change requests and waiting lists.
Monthly Seasonal Reservations and Policies
- Returning residents must notify the park office with their intended arrival date and a $100 deposit no later than March 1 each year.
- Reservations are not transferable, and no subleasing is allowed.
- No reservations are accepted for arrival after July 1.
- One-month stays do not guarantee the same site the next year.
- With a minimum 2-month stay, a partial month will be prorated within a continuous stay.
- If you stay before or after your continuous monthly committment is fulfilled, you are required to pay a nightly or weekly camping fee.
- No site alterations are allowed.
- One 4 x 5 foot platform is allowed per trailer door. Larger platforms will be removed.
Winterization and Storage
- Three months continuous stay is required for on-site storage.
- Prime waterfront grandfathered sites (81-91 and 97-100) require a four month stay for on-site storage.
- Storage is $50 per month.
- Winterization is available for $50.
