The Recreation Hall adjacent to the pool and playground is available for rental. Facilities include:

Social Events (birthday parties, weddings, etc.) - $25

Lakeside Pavilion Rental

An open-air pavilion on the harbor is available for rental. Make reservations by calling 1-800-998-0959 or 218-387-1712. Reservation fee is $25 per day.

Rental Policies

The pavilion and rec hall are to be used while the park office is open, unless prior arrangements have been made.

The lessee agrees to maintain the premises and to return the premises to the City in as good condition as they are now, including cleaning picnic tables and floors. All garbage must be placed in trash containers. Failure to clean the facilities up will result in additional maintenance charges.

If alcoholic beverages will be present, the lessee must provide a Certificate of Insurance from a renters/homeowners insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000 coverage and the inclusion of off-premises liability coverage and host liquor liability coverage. Certificate of Insurance must be presented to the Park Manager at least one day prior to rental.
