Grand Marais RV Park and Campground

The Grand Marais RV Park and Campground has 300 campsites: 152 full hookups with sewer, 104 electric and water hookups and 44 primitive lakeshore and wooded sites. The Park is open from May 1 until October 15 each year.

Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made beginning January 1 for the current year. Reservations are recommended for all weekends in July and August, and a minimum stay of three nights is required over Fisherman's Picnic Weekend in August. We try to honor specific site requests, but do not guarantee them. We reserve the right to reassign campsites as needed.

To make a reservation, call 1-800-998-0959. Be prepared to provide phone number, name, address and credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Checks will also be accepted, but reservations are not guaranteed until after payment is received. We charge $25 to make a reservation: a $5 non-refundable reservation fee and a $20 camping deposit that applies to your stay. Reservations are held until 1 p.m. of the afternoon following your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notification of cancellation prior to 1 p.m. check-in time to qualify for refund of camping deposit ($20).

2008 Rates

Rates include tax. Peak season is July and August. Off-peak is May, June, September and October. Rates apply to parties of 2 adults. Children 17 and under stay free. Extra overnight guests must be registered at $3 for each additional person per day. Monthly and weekly rates are available only at initial registration. No retroactive rates.
